
The Prime Minister’s Initiatives (Component‑III) is a flagship skills development program launched under the Ministry of IT & Telecom (MoITT) and implemented by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). The program is designed to train and certify IT graduates and professionals in high-demand technology domains, soft skills, and industry-focused internships.
This initiative directly supports Pakistan’s national vision of building a globally competitive IT workforce. By offering certifications on reimbursement, bootcamp trainings, soft skills development, and structured internships, the program ensures that Pakistani talent is aligned with the requirements of global outsourcing markets and emerging technologies.
